Terms governing your use of AOS Governance for WP
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AOS Governance for WP plugin and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AOS Foundation, a division of Salvatore Systems ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using AOS Governance for WP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
AOS Governance for WP is a WordPress plugin that provides constitutional AI governance through deterministic policy gates. The plugin evaluates AI agent actions against user-defined policy rules before execution. The Service is offered in three tiers:
The Community edition is provided free of charge under a limited license. You may use it on unlimited sites for personal or commercial purposes. The source code is viewable but remains our intellectual property.
Paid licenses grant you the right to use Pro or Agency features on the number of sites specified by your plan. Licenses are non-transferable without our written consent. Annual licenses auto-renew unless cancelled. Lifetime licenses provide perpetual access to the version purchased and all updates released within the same major version.

The Service, including all code, design, documentation, and governance algorithms, is the intellectual property of AOS Foundation / Salvatore Systems. Our governance technology is protected by patent filings. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our patents, trademarks, or trade secrets beyond the limited license described above.
Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
Lifetime licenses are limited to 500 total licenses. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product — perpetual access to the current major version and updates within that version. Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.x → v2.x) may require a separate purchase at a discounted upgrade price.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid licenses. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No refund is available after 14 days.
The AOS Governance for WP plugin operates entirely on your WordPress installation. It makes zero external API calls. No governance data, audit logs, or site content is transmitted to our servers. Your governance data never leaves your site.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VULNERABILITIES. AOS Governance for WP IS A GOVERNANCE TOOL — IT DOES NOT GUARANTEE COMPLETE SECURITY AGAINST ALL AI AGENT ACTIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use paid features ends immediately. The Community edition may continue to function but without support or updates. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to licensed users and posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
